What's Included

Therapy Sessions

In these sessions, we’ll work using various therapeutic methods to help you get the most out of life. They’re usually an hour to an hour and a half long and will be conducted over Zoom at a pre-arranged time.

Weekly Check-Ins

You’ll be asked questions about your week so far, your intentions and some other random-seeming ones. You’ll get full feedback from your therapist with advice, help and support to help you make the most of the week.

Personal Meditations

You’ll be given your personalised audio recording of a Wordweave. This 10-minute audio recording will be for you to listen to and help reprogram your mind, it will focus on areas that we’ve identified over our first few sessions.

Homework

Really? Yep. You don’t get fit by going to the gym, you get fit by training. Therapy is the same, you have to engage. Your therapist will guide you to the weights and correct your form…but you do the heavy lifting.

Forces and Veterans Only

While we’d love to be able to help everyone this service is only open to Armed Forces (and Veterans) only. Please email us if there’s anything you need clarifying or anything you need more information on. BrotherlyMind is proud to support the Armed Forces and as such 20% of our client base is Pro Bono, if you need help but can’t afford it at this time please contact us to discuss.
